VIDEO. 1 Ethics Credit. Attorneys may need help to continue to fulfill their professional ethical responsibilities of competence and diligence. This CLE reviews some of the counseling theories that professional counselors use to help their clients achieve and overcome personal challenges. Presenter Bio: Sheilah Vance, Esq., is the former Assistant Dean for Academic Support at Villanova University School of Law, where she helped students accomodate their personal issues to help them succeed academically. Presenter: Sheilah D. Vance, Esq. Vance is the principal of the Law Offices of Sheilah Vance and an Adjunct Professor at Villanova University School of Law, where she teaches the Education Law Seminar.
